I ordered two of these on Feb 17th. It is now April 8, over 7 weeks later. I contacted customer service multiple times (phone, email, live chat) and most of those time I've gotten no reply. Back in March, I was told there was an issue with the carrier picking up the merchandise from their shipping department, the package was mysteriously lost somewhere. The package never shipped out, the tracking number shows that it never even got close to my home address. I paid for the rugs in good faith when I placed the order. A mix up with Grund's shipping and/or their chosen carrier has nothing to do with me. A proper company would simply get duplicates of my items from their shelves, place the rugs in a package and send them out to me, while they work out their shipping issues in the background - because the issues have nothing to do with me. I paid $136 and I have no rugs, and no customer support from Grund.

I love the color and, the plush softness, and look forward to order one more for the same bathroom!

Brought a pack of two white 24 x 42. The plush center side has lost a lot of material. On the reverse side the plush edging has threads that have come loose. I trim the plush edging and continue to use the rugs. Have followed the attached laundry instructions.

This is a very thick, heavy, plush rug. This will be tricky to wash because of its wei. ght. It's soft and cozy

We just got our two oval bathmats and Oh MY! So Plush! I've never felt a bath mat quite like this. It feels so yummy in my bare feet!
