Refunds are not accepted.
All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to insure the highest quality is maintained, therefore we do not accept returns. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing, and take the "no refund policy" into consideration before you buy.
For each visitor to the site, our web servers automatically recognize information regarding the visitor’s domain name (or that of the visitor’s access provider). Regardless of the purpose for which it is submitted, it is GRUND America’s policy to maintain all personal information as confidential, and to use such personal information only for the following purposes:
- for the specific purpose for which it was volunteered (example, to complete a product purchase, etc.)
- to improve the content, appearance, and utility of the site
- to track our visitors’ use of the site for internal market research
- to notify our visitors of updates to the site
It is GRUND America’s policy to keep personal information only for so long as needed for such purposes. At any time, you may obtain a summary of the personal information on record with GRUND America, which has been collected about you via this site. Except for personal information we need to complete your purchase of products, you may request at any time that GRUND America does dispose of any or all personal information about you. In addition, at any time you may request: (i) that GRUND America corrects any such personal information; or (ii) that such personal information not be provided to third parties; or (iii) that such personal information be removed from GRUND America’s marketing databases. Terms of Service
Live Grund assumes no responsibility for late, never received (lost), stolen or damaged items. Once shipped, we cannot replace the never received (lost) items but we can offer a coupon code to re-purchase the items that are not receive at a discounted price.
Grund orders are processed within 5-7 business days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for expedited delivery. Orders ship from South Carolina, so please account for transit time to your address. Orders are shipped, same day or next day, guaranteed.
If you would like to avoid shipping costs, we offer free shipping on orders of $250 or more. Shipping rates are determined by our delivery carriers and generally range from $8.00-$12 for a small order, $15-$20 for a medium order and $25-$35 for a large order. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes. Grund uses both USPS and FedEx as methods of delivery.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday are shipped out on Monday. Customers are notified by email when their shipment is sent, delivered and initially ordered. When a product is ordered, the initial email contains an item number. If you have any questions about your shipment and would like to contact customer service, please have that order number available so the customer service team can better assist you.
