Grund Gift Card
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
If you purchased directly from our website www.livegrund.com and you received a product other than what you ordered or with a manufacturer's defect, you may return it in its original, non-washed condition for a refund or a replacement within 30 days of purchase.
We will either refund the purchase price of the product or send a replacement of equal value. Our policy is not to charge any restocking charges. However, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and replacements not attributable to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Live Grund. Washed products, and products with a removed hangtag voids the 30 day return policy.
No refund or exchanges can be issued if a product is returned without proper approval and authorization. Have a return? Click here. We cannot accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
Grund orders are processed within 5-7 business days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for expedited delivery. Orders ship from South Carolina, so please account for transit time to your address. Orders are shipped, same day or next day, guaranteed.
If you would like to avoid shipping costs, we offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Shipping rates are determined by our delivery carriers and generally range from $8.00-$12 for a small order, $15-$20 for a medium order and $25-$35 for a large order. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes. Grund uses both USPS and FedEx as methods of delivery.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday are shipped out on Monday. Customers are notified by email when their shipment is sent, delivered and initially ordered. When a product is ordered, the initial email contains an item number. If you have any questions about your shipment and would like to contact customer service, please have that order number available so the customer service team can better assist you.
