Warranty and Registration


Thank you for purchasing a GRUND® product for your home. We appreciate your support for our mission and always strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please read the below information and fill out your warranty information on the bottom of the page. 


Important Care and Usage Instructions: 

All GRUND ® Products are machine washable. We recommend machine washing on a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water and natural, plant based laundry detergent; do not bleach or use fabric softener. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. In the case of loose ends or pulled loops, please clip with scissors; do not pull. Do not wring by hand as this may damage the fibers. Shake after drying to keep the product soft and resilient. As a recommendation for our bath rugs, insert the rug into a pillowcase when washing for the first time. This will prevent any loose fibers from entering the washing machine filter. After washing a few times, the mat will stop losing fibers. 



We do not recommend using whiteners, as bleaching agents may diminish the brilliance and depth of the high quality, natural dyes we use; when needed, use only non-chlorine bleach. Line dry, or tumble dry low and remove promptly. Fabric softeners and dryer sheets reduce the absorbency of cotton textiles and are not recommended. 



We always strive to exceed your expectations and want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. GRUND ® America LLC warrants your product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal conditions, for a period of five years from the date of purchase. In order to receive our best in class warranty, you must register your GRUND ® products on our website at www.livegrund.com/register within 60 days of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. GRUND ® America LLC obligation under the warranty is limited to replacing or repairing at our option. Replacement shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, and improper usage. Our products are intended for home use only. Failure to follow the instructions may void the warranty.


If you purchased from one of our retail partners: Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy. If you feel you have a defective product, please contact us directly by emailing us at customerservice@livegrund.com.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you purchased directly from our website www.livegrund.com and you received a product other than what you ordered or with a manufacturers defect, you may return it in its original, non-washed condition for a refund or a replacement within 30 days of purchase. We will either refund the purchase price of the product or send a replacement of equal value. Our policy is not to charge any restocking charges. However, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and replacements not attributable to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of GRUND America LLC. Washed products, and products with a removed hangtag void the 30 day return policy. Please note, before returning ANY product, please email us at customerservice@livegrund.com to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. No refund or exchanges can be issued if a product is returned without proper approval and authorization. Please be sure to include your return contact information and a copy of your original receipt. We cannot accept returns after 30 days of purchase.


Limited Warranty:

GRUND America LLC warrants to the original purchaser of this product (“purchaser”) that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service (the “limited warranty”) for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. “Normal use and service” means that the product is used in an indoor residential environment in accordance with the care instructions provided with the product. Any use outside of the intended use may void the warranty. This Limited Warranty is valid to original Purchaser only. This Limited Warranty does not cover freight cost or damage due to misuse or improper usage. Our products are intended for home use only. Failure to follow the care instructions may void the warranty.


All bath and area rugs have raised surfaces when placed on a floor. Any raised surface could be a trip hazard and care should be taken while stepping on, off, or over the mats. In addition, any wet surface could be slippery and extra caution should be used.


This warranty gives you specific legal rights. These rights vary from state to state. GRUND America LLC’s sole responsibility is for defects in the product and is limited to the replacement of the product with a product of equal value or the actual purchase price of the individual product. GRUND America LLC will not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of GRUND America LLC products.

At GRUND, we want things to be just right.  Therefore, when your comforts arrive, we want you to be self-assured knowing that you can take your time to ensure that your products are 100% to your satisfaction.  Whether it’s benefiting from the good nights sleep that you get on a set of new sheets, or the confidence you get when you see how our rugs maintain its pile after a wash and dry, we have faith in our products and want you to agree. 



It’s simple.  If you’re not in love, send it back within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.  Even if it's been washed or used. Please reach out to customerservice@livegrund.com for any questions or concerns.
