Return Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. You will be able to return your items for store credit within 30 days of receiving your items. After 30 days, you will not be eligible for a return for a refund or store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


To return your items for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging*. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that there is a 5% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs if you are returning for a refund back to your original payment method. 

To return your items for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can fill out the form on our website here and our customer service team will be in touch with how to proceed. Once your return is received, it will be inspected and your request will be approved or denied. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your refund is approved, your funds will be returned to your original payment method (minus the 5% restocking fee and shipping charges) within 10 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact customer service. 

*Please note that if your items are not in the proper condition when they are returned back to us and you requested a refund, you may receive store credit instead.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and they are all FINAL SALE. Please note this policy when purchasing any sale items or gift cards. If you have further questions about your return, please contact us at customerservice@livegrund.com.
There is no longer a warranty for Live Grund Products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have to return an item because of an incorrect product or damages, please email us at customerservice@livegrund.com with pictures of the incorrect/damaged items and our team will be in touch with you. Please note that you are not entitled to a refund or exchange due to simply requesting one. We are a small business and can only exchange items for obvious defects within reason. This is up to the discretion of Live Grund. Any issues with your items must be reported to customerservice@livegrund.com within 14 days of receiving your items to reconcile your order at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

This Privacy Policy Statement sets forth the privacy policy pertaining to this site, www.livegrund.com. By using this site, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy Statement. For other terms and conditions that apply to your use of the site, please review our Legal Statement.

Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy Statement will mean that you accept those changes.

Terms of Service

Live Grund assumes no responsibility for late, never received (lost), stolen, or damaged items. Live Grund will not refund orders that were lost or damaged by carriers for any reason. Once shipped and the products leave our warehouse, we cannot replace the never received (lost) items but we can offer a coupon code to re-purchase the items that are not receive at a discounted price. If you would like to file a claim for never received (lost), stolen, or damaged items, you must do so through the portal for the carrier associated with your shipment. Please contact customer service with questions.

Shipping Policy

Live Grund orders are processed within 7-12 business days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for expedited delivery. Orders ship from South Carolina, so please account for transit time to your address. 

If you would like to avoid shipping costs, we offer free shipping on orders of $250 or more. Shipping rates are determined by our delivery carriers and generally range from $8-$12 for a small order, $15-$20 for a medium order and $25-$35 for a large order. Prices are typically more expensive for orders shipping to the West Coast and the Midwest. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes. Grund uses UPS, USPS, and FedEx as methods of delivery. 

Customers are notified by email when their shipment is sent, delivered and initially ordered. When a product is ordered, the initial email contains an item number. If you have any questions about your shipment and would like to contact customer service, please have that order number available so the customer service team can better assist you.
